I AM PHERALYN
Cultural Preservation, Emotional Healing, and the Struggle for the Liberation are the passions that drive Pheralyn Dove’s work across creative and technical disciplines. Although she continues to hone her skills as a writer and performance artist, since 2015 Pheralyn has returned to her roots in visual art.
I AM PHERALYN reveals mixed media paintings and collages.
I AM PHERALYN also reveals stunning natural vistas, landscapes, and blooms, juxtaposed against disturbing scenes of tragic events in her West Philadelphia neighborhood, all captured by Pheralyn, whether shooting with her iPhone or her Nikon DSLR 3200. This installation also features poetry visuals and natural elements.
